Huge apologies to anyone that’s been following this site. The warehouse that i built this site for was leased right before Covid 19 , was renovated during the lockdown and was set to open its doors for business January 1st ,2023. Sadly , my unscrupulous Landlord decided his bills were more important than paying the Master Lease ( I was subletting) and got us all evicted… I’ve been treading water ever since , and have recently started negotiations for another space in the same Neighborhood, beautiful downtown Iwilei!!! (lol) It’s now early February 2025, so check back every month or so for updates on the new space . I promise to keep updating this site as much as possible.. Here’s hoping for a great successful 2025 for us all…..

Soon to be Honolulu‘s newest Rental Studio ! it’s been a long road with plenty of speed bumps , potholes and detours but I’m not giving up !!! I’m determined to put another studio together..
